When will my order ship?
- WITHIN THE WEEK Unless we let you know otherwise, we pack your order and take it to the post office within 3-5 business days.
How long will it take to get my order once it ships?
- This is a trickier answer, all of our products ship from our home state of Alaska so it can take a bit longer. Our default shipping is set to the most economical option which is usually USPS Ground. If you are in a hurry, you can always choose pay for Priority mail.
Do you ship internationally?
- Unfortunately we do not ship anywhere outside the USA at this time.
Do you offer wholesale?
- Yes! You can find the information here.
Do you make custom products?
- We are interested in working on collabs and custom boxes with *very* generous timelines. Get in touch if you'd like to talk more about that.
Do you sell books?
- NOPE. Just tea. We recommend checking out your local indie bookshop or library to find actual books.
Are your tea bags compostable?
- Yes! We use a fabric for our teabags called NeoSoilon and you can read all about the materials here
Are you teas gluten free?
- While we don't have a gluten free certification, we do not blend with any products containing gluten. Celiacs proceed at your own comfort level.
